North Dallas Extended Family Portraits: The Barth Family

Back in December, while the whole extended Barth family was in town for the holidays, they gathered at their mother and grandmother's home in north Dallas for a portrait session with yours truly. We made use of the pyracantha bush in Carol's backyard for a simple, colorful backdrop in the middle of winter. Carol, her 4 sons and their families are a riot, and a lot of fun to photograph. Family Photos at Chestnut Square in McKinney, Texas

Somehow I never got around to posting this session with my brother's family from last Spring. My spring portrait season is about to explode over here, with nearly every date in April & May booked (contact me ASAP if you're interested in having new portraits shot before it warms up). As I take a quick break from editing photos and answering new inquiries, it's fun looking back at this session at Chestnut Square, and it's hard to believe that my nephew Will is almost 4!
