Richardson Nikkah Photography at FunAsiA: Erum & Amer

Erum and Amer's Nikkah at FunAsiA in Richardson was undoubtedly my most vibrant event of 2014! After photographing a Catholic wedding mass at a cathedral the night before, I enjoyed the contrast of the Islamic traditions. Every event is unique, and while many of the Nikkah's traditions were new to me (Erum's sister kindly helped guide me through what would happen next), I approach every event I photograph with an eye to capture the candid interaction between people. I hope to photograph more of these beautiful events going forward!

Dallas Arboretum Maternity Portraits: Stephanie & Michael

Back in the summer, I photographed Stephanie's maternity session just days before her little girl was born! I'm certain that she and Michael are amazing parents, and I hope their first year of parenting is going well. I have to say that I was impressed that Stephanie was willing to tromp around the Arboretum in the summer heat so close to her due date!

Connor Family Portraits at Allen Heritage Village

It was great to see my former coworker Matt and his wife Meg again, and to finally meet their sweet eight-month-old baby girl! The Connor family's session took place a few months ago at one of my favorite Allen, Texas locations: the Allen Heritage Village. I love this location for its varied backdrops, including beautiful landscaping in Spring through Fall. Are you ready for a ridiculous amount of cuteness?

Glamorous Outdoor Spring Wedding in Fairview, Texas: Lili & Josh

This May wedding at Celebrations in the Country in Fairview is certainly a gem in my portfolio! I could go on and on about the good lookin' bride and groom, the dress, the cakes, the decor, the adorable ring bearer and flower girls, the floral arrangements, and the venue, but I'm going to let the photos do the talking for me.
